Certifications
MBE Certification
CFI Consultants is proud to announce that it has officially been recognized as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE). This constitutes CFI as a minority-owned business. Since the beginning, CFI has been focused on integrity, professionalism, and diversity.
This certification builds on our commitment to diversity and works to reflect our clients’ needs. The MBE Program works to make benefits available and expand possibilities to individuals without discrimination based on race, ethnicity, origin, disability, age, or religion.
In addition to being over 50% minority owned, CFI has its own DE&I Committee. The committee is built upon inclusivity and ensures that every employee feels equally represented at the company. An MBE Certification will allow for further possibilities for the committee and ample networking opportunities. We are excited for what the future holds.
Aside from our own committee, we will continue to look for organizations that share similar ideas and can continue to educate us on inclusion and diversity. Along with these plans, CFI employees will continue to dedicate time volunteering in the community every year with organizations that align with these goals.
RING Certification
CFI Consultants has completed its RING Certification. RING (Recognizing Inclusion for the Next Generation) is a new gold standard to identify, promote, and highlight companies that share commitments to DE&I initiatives. Looking beyond ownership, the program evaluates organizations’ commitments to embracing diversity based on their actions. RING connects certified companies and offers education, conferences, and consulting to member organizations.
While CFI also holds an MBE Certification, RING allows us to connect with other companies based on sponsorships, allyships, and initiatives. The certification further expands on and reflects our commitment to diversity and works to provide service to our clients in line with those goals.

MRIA is a global platform where ideas become actionable and a place to bring a new perspective to diversity, equity, and inclusion for the (Re)Insurance industry. MRIA brings awareness to the many DEI initiatives within the industry, their purpose is to provide networking opportunities, help advance young professionals, and bring awareness of the various resources available to them.
