Stephanie Stecher

Stephanie Stecher is an HR Generalist at CFI Consultants, where she supports and enhances the firm’s human resources operations. She brings a well-rounded background in HR, recruiting, and operational support across law firms, financial services organizations, startups, and nonprofit environments.

Stephanie has extensive experience managing full-cycle recruiting and supporting HR functions for organizations ranging from 30 to over 100 employees. Her background includes work with prominent firms such as Point72 Asset Management and its affiliated organizations. Most recently, she provided HR and operational support to mission-driven organizations during periods of growth and organizational change.

She holds a Master of Science in International/Global Studies from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of South Florida. Stephanie is known for her collaborative, people-focused approach and her commitment to building strong, effective workplace environments.
