Antonio Irizarry

Antonio Irizarry is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of CFI Consultants, LLC. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Susquehanna University and brings over a decade of experience driving operational strategy within the insurance defense industry.

Prior to co-founding CFI Consultants, Antonio led and refined the business operations function of a mid-sized regional law firm, where he developed and implemented process improvements designed to enhance efficiency, scalability, and client service. His work focused on aligning operational performance with measurable outcomes, leveraging both qualitative insights and data-driven metrics to improve overall results.

At CFI Consultants, Antonio continues to lead the firm’s strategic direction, focusing on operational excellence, client satisfaction, and performance optimization across engagements.

In addition to his role at the firm, Antonio serves on the Ring Advisory Board and is a member of the CLM Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, where he supports initiatives that promote inclusivity and advancement within the industry.
