Lissete Pietrykoski

Lissete Pietrykoski is an SHRM-CP certified Human Resources professional with more than 10 years of experience leading strategic HR initiatives across nonprofit, corporate, retail, logistics, and professional services organizations. She is passionate about creating positive workplace cultures where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.

Throughout her career, Lissete has partnered with executive leadership to develop and implement people-focused strategies that strengthen employee engagement, ensure compliance, and support organizational growth. Her expertise includes talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, payroll, policy development, and HR compliance.

Lissete holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Social Work from the National University of San Marcos in Lima, Peru. Her combined background in business and human behavior allows her to approach Human Resources with both strategic insight and a people-centered perspective.
