Jocelyn Krotec

Jocelyn Krotec is an Operations Associate at CFI Consultants, specializing in litigation operations, administrative process management, and cross-functional project coordination. She supports internal teams and client engagements through process organization, operational oversight, and workflow optimization.

Prior to joining CFI, Jocelyn served as Head of Operations for a multi-location organization, where she led business operations, managed vendor and contract coordination, developed standard operating procedures, and oversaw administrative processes supporting more than 1,000 members. She also has experience in account management, recruiting operations, and education.

Jocelyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from The Pennsylvania State University.

Her combined operational and administrative experience supports a focused approach to process improvement, organizational effectiveness, and the efficient execution of client and internal initiatives.
